Echofon Pro for Twitter App Reviews

When the app I was using upgraded to something I disliked I tried this app and its the best! Love its features and layout.

Seriously -- by using Echofon for the last four years, Ive managed to avoid every annoying new feature Twitter itself has put out there, and only experienced the best parts. Only request: Please find a way to support polls! Or at least indicate that they exist...

If a tweet contains multiple pics, youll only ever see one pic. This has been going on for several updates now, and its making me HATE this app. If every tweet only contained half its intended text, would that be okay? What about a third, or a quarter?

Since the most recent update, my feed only loads a few tweets. Lets say I goto bed at midnight. If I wake up at 7am, I can only see at most 1 hour of tweets. I used to be able to click and load more until it went all the way back to the last tweet I had read (7hours prior). This is why I liked the app so much, because I wouldnt miss anything. Please fix this!!!!! Every update it gets worse and when I tweet them about this they dont even respond anymore. Bad customer service!!!

I use "Lists" to follow various groups of people, and the app works pretty well for me. In a list, it doesnt show "retweets" so I see only fresh content from its members. Images are cropped for display in a tweet, but open full screen with a tap. YouTube, Vine and others show a still image, then open in a built-in web browser. This browser doesnt work so well. Unfortunately, Twitters "Polls" are completely invisible.

Other than that,the app is great. Location is waay off & I cant delete saved searches. Needs more themes.

No more favorites, now its likes. Keyboard doesnt work when trying to email a tweet. The "back to echophon" link on top-left of page is gone when clicking on link in a tweet. All I want to know is what happened??

In app browser update has ruined all functionality.

Seamless, fluid and gorgeous app. Very pleased with the new look.

I hate that you cant swipe to close what you are reading. And why do I have to scroll up through old tweets to get to the new ones when I open the app? Please fix this!!

Its always a hit or miss with an update! Its not loading everything on peoples profiles, it wont show all my retweets, needs to be fixed ASAP

Latest update has ruined this app. Opening links no longer works and cannot swipe left when trying to go back from an external link. If not fixed soon, then Ill be switching to something else.

I have used Echofon since it had another name. LONG time user. I originally wrote a 5 star review, but recent updates have rendered it unusable. Hashtag and/or saved subjects constantly scroll and jump while I am reading through the tweets. Cannot read through tweets without this happening. I have changed Twitter clients, sadly. I used to love Echofon. What happened?

I used to love this app. But your recent updates seem to be causing problems instead of fixing them. A little while ago, you added the retweet with quote option to show up in your notifications, where it should be. But even though I have that option chosen, it no longer shows up in my notifications. It did initially; but, your more recent updates have screwed that up. I get a notification that pops up on my phone; but, it doesnt show up in your app if I go there to look for it. The Twitter feed also loads & scrolls poorly now. Its like it jumps back & doesnt always reload properly. So, scrolling down to find something is becoming almost useless because it keeps reloading the same tweets. The app has the same problem when searching for something for those same reasons. The screens constantly flip & they show the same screen instead of actually scrolling down. Please fix these issues so I can love this app again!

Still the best iPhone Twitter app. 5 stars if you add ability to send tweet from multiple accounts at once.

The new update made this app awful. It doesnt load all tweets and when scrolling it keeps jumping. Hopefully they fix their mess up soon!

Links in the app dont work correctly! You cant scroll down when searching because it pops back to the top. Its unacceptable for a PAID app!!!

Unfortunately, the app does not support split screen on the iPad. This severely limits the apps use him many applications.

Can no longer open web links without copying and opening in different app. What happened?
