Echofon Pro for Twitter App Reviews

Echofon is definitely one of the better Twitter clients out there.

Whatever "minor updates" were just installed the past week has led to major bugs. Please fix ASAP

The headline says it all!! The push notifications dont work & it fails to load the simplest things like the direct messages & mentions. Echofon better get their repairs done immediately or Im going to find another Twitter app to use

Just delete and download again to fix if its not working

Want an app with no notifications? Look no further. Devs refuse to fix this problem over MONTHS.

The app freezes every time I re-tweet with a comment. Not only the app that freeze the iPad air freezes so bad, I have to do a soft boot every time.

My favorite Twitter mobile client. Handles multiple accounts well, and I like the easy access to Lists since I use them to trim my stream. I do wish that it showed when others RT and fave my tweets though.

The latest revision crashes constantly. Not worth the effort to continue using. Searching for a replacement client.

Long time user here but Ive about had it with this app. Constant crashing and "unable to load timeline, DM, ect" is driving me crazy.

This is getting ridiculous. Fix the bugs. Notifications havent worked since who knows when. But now, tons of failed to load errors, and more bugs all over. Deleted and reinstalled, that did not fix anything.

Im constantly getting failures to load tweets, lists, and followers unless I hit Load More. Either something is up with the Twitter API or Echofon isnt worth the money I just paid for it. Please get on this.

Ive used this app for YEARS & loved it, until now. So many bugs & none were fixed with the last update. Now that the Twitter iOS app added night view, theres almost no reason to stick with Echofon. Its a shame because this used to be the absolute best app.

This app use to be able to select a location (hotel, restaurant) now when it loads locations it just has Cities and "No Places"

This app is trash, dont even bother. The only reason why I keep it is because I hate the layout of the Twitter app that much. Out of all the years having this app, the notifications NEVER work. So sick of it & wont even expect it to ever be fixed

FONT weight too light. Font color become gray and not black. It makes difficult to read. Hope back to former style and weight.

Love that it doesnt bury missed tweets under a button you have to click multiple times. The placement of the "x" "close" button is inconsistent between different media types, which is annoying. But when you are scrolling through a days worth of tweets, its awful. Clicking on one and then returning to the list will return you to a random place. And tabbing out or closing the app will reset you to the last time point you had viewed ALL current tweets, rather than to where you left off.

I bought this app ages ago then deleted it because it did t offer the features I wanted. By chance a few weeks ago I rediscovered it, gave it another try. Im using Twittelator Pro which has been abandoned by its developer. I wont delete TP until Echofon Pro does two things: Enable LANDSCAPE mode Give me an "address book" of my contacts to choose from EP is a great app, and will earn my 5 stars when they make these changes. Until then, 4 is all you get. Why? Ive tweeted the Echofon account numerous times and receive NO replies. This doesnt show any concern for the inquiries of paying customers. So come on, Echofon, get with it.

I have used Echofon for ages. I love it for the black theme especially, and for the lack of ads and suggestions. This app, however, is very slow to updating itself when Twitter updates. With the most recent updates (pics dont count as characters, etc.), I cant see the entire tweet. And when I click on the link, its a never ending cycle of this incomplete tweet. Not to mention you still cant put pictures in DMs and utilize other features that Twitter has had for months now. Ive dealt with these changes for the long run, but I will have to suffer with Twitters own app if it means I can actually read the tweets in my timeline.

Push notifications still not working, seems like theyre abandoning the app.

Newest update, has removed the @"Twitter name" when you are replying to someone. The newest update no longer automatically updates the List you have set, you have to manually update the list now. This is a dissatisfyer. I paid too much for your updates to be something that takes away from the product instead of enhancing it.
