2 and a half stars

Ive played with my settings but nothing seems to help with my timeline/newsfeed scrolling right to the top. Id like to catch up on tweets but while Im reading them, it goes to the top. Very annoying if I havent been on twitter for a while & want to catch up on hours worth of tweets.
